Vacuum sintering furnace is suitable for: pressureless sintering of boron carbide ceramics, pressureless sintering of silicon carbide ceramics, sintering of recrystallized silicon carbide ceramics, sintering of aluminum nitride ceramics, sintering of high-performance ceramic substrates, precision ceramic sintering with high requirements for the consistency of the density of finished products with shrinkage dimensions, powder metallurgy sintering or high-temperature vacuum sintering of other metallic and non-metallic materials.

•Ultra-high temperature and high-current power lead-in technology, enabling stable use for a long time under high temperature conditions.

•The unique furnace chamber design features independent temperature control in multiple temperature zones and boasts excellent temperature uniformity of ±3ºC.

• Dual-color far-infrared temperature measurement, with a temperature measurement accuracy of 0.3% and a temperature control accuracy of ±1ºC.

•Four-stage tar filtration system: intense cooling, filtration, collection and air filtration.

• The dewaxing and sintering processes of the product are completed in one go, shortening the production cycle.

 

•Applicable process atmospheres: vacuum/inert gas, argon, nitrogen, etc.

Made with genuine materials, the entire furnace body is constructed using 304 stainless steel and is fabricated strictly in accordance with the standards for pressure vessels, demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance and airtightness.
Customers can choose between thyristor intermediate frequency power supplies and IGBT power supplies. The former is stable and reliable with low maintenance costs, while the latter is energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and offers high cost-performance.
It has a high degree of automation. Firstly, the temperature is fully automatically controlled and heated up ccording to the preset heating curve. Secondly, in the electrical part, there are fully automatic control and protection systems for water, electricity, and gas, making the operation simple and convenient.
