1600C Bottom Loading Elevator Furnace feature :
Bottom Loading Furnace:The single zone, high temperature, bottom loading furnace is capable of operating at temperatures up to 1600.C in air. The furnace utilizes 1800oC MoSi2 heating elements positioned on three sides of the internal chamber. The furnace utilizes an energy efficient insulation package consisting of graded ceramic-fiber, high temperature insulation. It is an ideal tool for materials annealing and sintering.

Furnace Chamber
Three layers of ceramic fiber insulation materials
First layer: 1400°C ceramic fiber board, density 550kgs/m3. Thermal conductivity (1200ºC) is only 0.18W/m.k.
Second layer: 1200°C ceramic fiber board, density 400kgs/m3.
Third layer: 1260°C ceramic fiber board, density 320kgs/m3.
The advantage is light weight, high temperature resistance, cold and heat resistance, no crack, no crystallization, no slag, do
not worry about pollution of the fired products. The energy saving effect is 60-80% of the old electric furnace.
